Barbara Ricci is an award winning screenwriter, actress, and stand-up comedian. She is returning to the comedy stage after many years! She's ready to bring you, Barbara.
Comedian Anthony Clark, host, LAST COMEDIC STANDING chose Barbara to be on Last Comic Standing at Caroline's Comedy Club. He said Barbara is as real as the Gospel, she is the New York Roseanne.
Abe Vigoda " The Godfather" was her mentor, he couldn't stop laughing when he saw her show BOCCE BALLS. He said, "Barbara this is certainly good writing." He always said to me, "HERE AND NOW" Barbara, here and now.. God rest his soul.

Husband Joke:
I went to Macy’s for the clearance sale, after Christmas, my husband sat outside the dressing room with the other husbands, as the wives tried on "50% off"clothes from the clearance rack.
I come out of the dressing room, how do I look honey?
He says, you look good- I love those pants on you. When we get to the register to pay for the pants - the first pair was $20 dollars, he smiled, and then the 2nd pair rang up $80 dollars.
My husband said, WHAT? That's Impossible, can’t be, these pants came off the clearance rack 75% off. NO, NO, NO... he said absolutely NO! THE LINE BEHIND US KEEPS GROWING... everybody’s LISTENING and waiting, then, the cashier says the magic word, SIR, do you want the pants or not, yes or no? NO, we do not want the pants.
I said, wait a minute, you said those pants looked good on me. Do you know what he says, THEY DIDN'T LOOK THAT GOOD! The entire line broke out into laughter. ha ha ha... I didn't think it was funny but everybody else did. He's so Cheap, cheap cheap Cheap, I tell you, he’s Cheap. _________________________

I'm a strong minded business woman who believes in putting my work before anything else. What I mean is money doesn't motivate me like passion does. I think you get it! I deal with people accordingly, if someone is a freak, I talk like a freak, if someone is educated I speak eloquently and sophisticated, if someone is a pig, oink, oink, if someone is a cyberbully, I deal with them accordingly! I think you get my ethics. I don't let people shove their beliefs down my throat, I become a mirror for them to reflect on. I don't follow, I lead.

Specialties: I think the secret to my success is that I hold myself accountable to know how it works. Regular People, will ask a stranger, Excuse me, do you have the time or what time is it? I'll ask that same stranger, how does it work? That thing your wearing around your wrist. What makes it tic? I need to know what makes it tic, that's the difference between me and a regular person. I know I'm different because I get to see things from a different angle.
As you can see, I am very talented, I just need to be seen by the right people, then, I'm a shooting star.
