Biography
Charles Rosen has been performing improv for 11 years in Philly. And sometimes if the mood strikes him, he ventures into stand-up and sketch. He started taking classes at ComedySportz and Philly Improv Theater. Now he is taking classes at UCBLA. Today, he ate cereal for breakfast.
